• I am a research and teaching assistant at Computer Science Department.

• I TA'ed cs145 data mining with Prof. Wei Wang,
cs146 machine learning with Prof. Kai-Wei Chang,
cs32 Data Structure and Programming (C++) with Prof. David Smallberg and
cs30 Principles and Practices of Computing with Prof. Todd Millstein.

• I did an internship at Yahoo Research during 2018 and 2019 summer, resulting in one patent and three publications (KDD2019, WWW2020, CIKM2020).

• I did an internship at Google Research during 2020 summer and got one paper at WSDM2022.

• I received UCLA Graduate Division Fellowships in 2018-2020.

• I served as a program committee member for ACL2021, NAACL2021, AAAI2021, KDD2020 and AACL2020. I served as a publication chair at NAACL2021.

• I received student travel grant for KDD2019 and EMNLP2019.

• I got my Ph.D in Computer Science at UCLA in 2021, advised by Prof. Wei Wang.

• My Ph.D committee members include Prof. Wei Wang (Chair), Prof. Kai-Wei Chang, Prof. Yizhou Sun and Prof. Cho-Jui Hsieh.

• I got my MS in Electrical Engineering in 2017, supervised by Prof. Vwani P. Roychowdhury at Electrical and Computer Engineering Department of UCLA.

• I received a BS in Electrical Engineering in 2015, supervised by Prof. Zhuyuan Wang and Prof. Zaifa Zhou at Electronic Science and Engineering of Southeast University.

• I graduated from Suzhou High School in 2011, advised by Yonggang Zhang.

• My research focuses on natural language processing and text mining.

• I lead projects in different domains, e.g. natural language, semi-structured web data, advertising creative, and biomedical/clinical case reports.

• I use Python to implement algorithms or machine learning models. I love deep learning platforms, Tensorflow and PyTorch.

• My mother tongue is Mandarin.

• My English is proficient.
